Don't let them get away !!Montblanc writing instruments are expensive so do your homework I always post "close up" photos so you can verify all of the details of the items I sell, they are the "real deal" :) Please check the details in the pictures.With the proper Montblanc trademarks for this collection: The barrel has a broken area, the inner reinforcement barrel is fine, the tip cone nib is fine, the cap has an area of the resin missing, but the twist mechanism is working fine, the clip has "Germany" and serial number imprints, and shows some small wear of the gold plating, the cabuchon with the Montblanc Iconic star ( or Snow Flake) is fine, the MB Medium Black refill works. The twist mechanism, the clip and the cabochon with the MB trademark star ( End cap, Tassie, Finnial, etc ), cone nib and spring are worth more than $100.00.
